1. Acceptance and operator

The website is operated by Bondeskovgaard ApS, Hestehavevej 40, 4320 Lejre, Denmark. By using the website you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Nature of quizzes

The quizzes are provided for general entertainment and self-reflection. They are not psychological tests, clinical assessments, professional certifications, employment evaluations, educational grading, legal advice or predictions of future behaviour. No result is presented as better, more valuable or more successful than another.

3. Local profile

The optional profile is a browser feature, not a verified account. It has no password, server backup, recovery service or guaranteed cross-device access. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or changing devices may permanently remove profile and result history.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, distribute malicious code, impose unreasonable automated load, copy the full service at scale, misrepresent results as professional credentials, impersonate another person, infringe rights or use the contact function for spam, unlawful threats or abusive material.

5. Results and downloads

Results are generated from your choices using a simple predefined counting method. They are not scientifically validated scores or comparisons with other users. You may download and share your own result card for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided it is not altered to mislead or imply endorsement by Bondeskovgaard ApS.

6. Intellectual property

The original design, code, text, quiz structures, result descriptions, graphics and branding are owned by Bondeskovgaard ApS or its licensors. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not republish, sell, license, reverse engineer or create a confusing derivative service from substantial parts of the website.

7. Contact content

You are responsible for information you choose to send. Do not provide content you have no right to share. You keep your rights in your message but permit us to process it as needed to respond, maintain records, protect security and comply with law.

8. Availability and changes

We may update questions, results, design, language, features and policies, or suspend part of the site. We do not promise permanent availability, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every browser or recovery of locally stored data.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Bondeskovgaard ApS is not responsible for decisions based on quiz results, loss of local browser data, email application issues, third-party services, temporary interruption, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

10. Governing law and contact

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Danish law. A provision that cannot be enforced will be limited or removed without affecting the remaining provisions. Non-waivable rights available to users in Hong Kong or another jurisdiction remain unaffected.

4. 可接受使用

不得嘗試未經授權存取、破壞網站、散播惡意程式、大量自動存取、規模化複製完整服務、把結果誤稱為專業資格、冒充他人、侵犯權利，或使用聯絡功能發送垃圾訊息、非法威脅或侮辱性內容。

5. 結果及下載

結果根據你的選擇，以簡單預設計算方式生成，不是經科學驗證的分數，也不會與其他使用者比較。你可以為個人非商業用途下載及分享自己的結果卡，但不得修改以誤導他人或暗示 Bondeskovgaard ApS 背書。

6. 知識產權

原創設計、程式碼、文字、測驗結構、結果描述、圖像及品牌由 Bondeskovgaard ApS 或其授權人擁有。除法律另有允許外，不得重新發佈、出售、授權、反向工程或以網站的重要部分建立容易混淆的衍生服務。

7. 聯絡內容

你須對主動傳送的資料負責，並不得提供無權分享的內容。你保留訊息權利，但允許我們在回覆、保存記錄、保障安全及遵守法律所需範圍內處理。
